Title: hrX Exchange Integration Solution Owner (Level 3s) Job Description The Integration solution Owner has overall accountability with respect to the technical and functional health of the account’s hrX Exchange solution. Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how the Integration Solution Owner will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications. Works collaboratively alongside the client facing roles of the account to deliver IT services across the integrated scope for the assigned account and owns the integrated view of the system corresponding to the functional responsibilities assigned. The Integration Solution Owner has extensive knowledge and experience in both support and maintenance processes of the hrX Exchange technology , and is recognized as an authority and trustworthy source in the hrX Exchange area. They are responsible to define, to pursue and to negotiate the work to be performed in the different phases of project development with the overall objective of guaranteeing the correct operation of the applications and a level of optimal performance. Tasks In addition to the tasks common to all ALIGHT employees, the specific tasks for this position are: Technical Expertise + Drives the client to adhere to the standard ALIGHT solutions and finding workarounds where gaps exist between client expectations and contractual agreements or standard solutions and processes + To influence revenue generation through the change control process and when participating in the sales process + Ensuring that lessons learned are documented and shared amongst the community + Ensures Project’s documentation is maintained and updated + Provide highest level of quality assurance, ensuring that everything is delivered according to established procedures and standards + Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project + Keeping abreast of current and ALIGHT solutions and technology and the road map of changes to ensure that knowledge required is gained. + Taking a lead on technological change, ensuring that communications occur within the Solutions community and that knowledge is shared + Is a functional reference to queries relating to hrX Exchange + Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country + Collaborates and provides suggestions for the improvement of the service both at the specific customer level, providing added value, and at the level of euHReka or SAP platform in the areas of expertise that they work + Drive, Ensure and Enforce ALIGHT standards, processes, methodologies and tools are followed and used. + Participates in the development of innovative and dynamic approaches to help the team in the achievement of the standard performance + Identifies process requirements/gaps together with Operations Leaders + Support hrX Exchange APPS Repositories and Knowledgebase Solution Ownership + Supports the account’s technical governance on the functioning of the application + Provides input in making estimates of time and resources required + Performs the analysis of current customer business processes + Monitors and complies with Project SLAs + 1st escalation point for hrX Exchange Apps Project specific incidents + Represents the hrX Exchange APPS team in Project Specific calls with the stakeholders for status and check up discussions. + Propose appropriate improvements to the methods, systems and controls necessary to enable OLR content freshness and reuse + Assesses involvement and capacity needed across the technology teams for Project specific Change Requests + Accountable for overall content update of Project Specific Change Requests + Ensures that the estimation of the work is done accurately and that it is carried out within the stipulated deadlines + Ensures proper delivery of change requests. + Assist in cut-over planning + Provide the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place + Ensure the solution meets the architectural requirements, standards and guidelines as established by the design documents + Delivering consistent solution for the client within the boundaries of the standard defined by ALIGHT + Adapt and prepare the technical environment advising on what products are the most appropriate depending on the requirements of the customer + Performs taking of detailed requirements about the customer’s business processes + Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production) + Participates in the development of the application by following the standard methodology (ALIGHT PIM or any other defined by the company at the time) Maintenance and Implementation + Assist in defining and documenting the different integrations put in place as part of the project in line with defined standards, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components. + Validate final solution implemented at the client + Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation. + Organize and support the execution of unit testing, system and integration testing with relevant stakeholders ( client, partners and internal teams) + Evaluate impact of decision on eventual workarounds for the project and post go live BAU and optimize processes + Reviews and creates specific scenarios/ test scripts relevant to the version releases of the applications involved in the solution. + Organize and support the data mapping with client and payroll teams (ALIGHT or Third Party Providers) + Is familiar with data security procedure and requirements of both ALIGHT and the client and ensures these are respected as part of the process + Anticipate project data issues and identify gaps in data that requires enhancements + Evaluate impact of decision on data for the project and post go live BAU and optimize processes + Track activities in the local data migration plan and respect timelines + Communicates and reports status to the Programme Lead and project team members e.g. Status Reports, progress and next activities Qualifications: + Demonstrated results in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics and measures + Collaboration skills (with internal stakeholders and customers) + Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting customers with successful track record + Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills and comfortable to coordinate with internal and external parties + Motivation and desire for improvement + Commitment to the customer and the company + Motivated to achieve excellence + Experience managing complex IT services on a local, regional or global basis + Experience growing and managing stakeholder relationships + Proven experience handling all relevant aspects of a regional technology leadership role in a service organization of similar size + Demonstrable experience in an outsourcing, multi-shored environment. + Experience working in a global matrix environment, with geographically dispersed support resources.
