We are looking for a Human Resources Manager position within our Spanish subsidiary (approximately 600 people). The broad areas include employee matters , compensation and benefits , reward , professional growth , communications and performance management . HR manager responsibilities will be the following: Coordinating the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business Managing Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness With the HR VP, managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, retirement and redundancy Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes in coordination with zone management in coordination with the HR team members. Providing first line guidance on development for managers and their teams; Advising managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them; Implementing the training and development agenda in coordination with the HR team members identifying skill development areas that need attention and improvement; managing the training budget With the Zone and HR VPs, managing talent, high potential and succession planning; Managing group internal mobility processes / in coordination with recruitment team; Providing first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers With the Zone and HR VPs, working on company compensation e benefits and reward policy (providing benchmark from our competitors), managing salary review process and payroll budget elaboration; Ensuring application of all HR group policies and procedures in coordination with the HR VP ; Ensuring all group policies and procedures are in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy; Ensuring compliance with local employment law; Managing internal communication and animation dynamic to support people engagement. HR manager skills and competencies The HR manager will be expected to hold a bachelors’ degree, and have at least five years’ experience in the field. Spanish, fluent English and ideally French And have the following skills: Superb communication honed in business partnering/advisory roles both for management and employee sides Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team Ability to represent the HR function as part of the bigger business picture Strong understanding of employment law A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction If you want to join a dynamic, growing structure and participate in its expansion ?
